SAH Indistrial is currently searching for an Executive Assistant/Office Administrator to join our growing company.  The ideal candidate has an interest in providing administrative services under the direction of the CEO. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a cool environment with an opportunity to learn how the company works and executes its projects.

What You’ll Do:

Executive Assistant:

  • Manage the CEOs’ calendars, and keep them on schedule
  • Conduct research on SAH Industrial’s industry, key products, services and clients
  • Write and execute internal company communications
  • Distribute incoming business development inquiries to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Assist with expense and project billing
  • Book travel

Office Administrator:

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the office
  • Manage requests for tech equipment, and keep track of respective equipment
  • Onboard new employees for office-related items (security badge, distribute equipment etc.)
  • Keep snacks/drinks and office supplies in stock, with an occasional grocery store run
  • Ensure office cleanliness; take out trash in kitchen/restrooms
  • Daily sweeps of exterior of the building for cleanliness

Personal Assistant:

  • Take UNFOLD’s mascot, Walnut the dog, for walks
  • Other personal assistant duties as needed

What You’ll Bring to the Table:

  • 3+ years of assistant experience in an industrial environment; experience supporting execs is a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and tech is a must
  • Solutions-based and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments
  • Attention to detail and high level of organization
  • Tech savvy, and a general knowledge of computer operation
  • Ability to take feedback and direction and make it actionable
  • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs
  • Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends

Los Angeles metro area applicants only. Although SAH Industrial is a hybrid work environment, this position requires daily attendance in the Acton, CA office.
SAH Industrial follows and maintains CDC recommended COVID protocols.
